“All personalized name plate designs are my handwritten original fonts, hand-fabricated in gold. I was inspired in the second grade to master cursive handwriting and decided to translate this into my jewelry work. This custom pendant created for makeup artist Camara Aunique is extremely popular, it led to many special orders, and similar requests.”

“I was commissioned to create this exclusive Bloods and Crips Unity chain for holistic health educator, musician and activist, SupaNova Slom in 2007. It features blue & red bandana fabric to represent the grassroots work he was conducting in the streets with gang nations during that time through his 'Unify the Hood, Heal the Hood' initiative.”

"Juan is the inspiration behind the Truth ring.  He never leaves home without the truth in his heart and on his finger. The 'r' ring is a modern version of the classic elevated lettering from 1980’s nameplates."

Juan Mercado wears "Truth" ring in 14k gold and "r" ring in 14k gold with black diamonds.
